The aim of the competition “START IN LUBĀNA 2019” ("SĀC LUBĀNĀ 2019") is to motivate people to realize business ideas for creating new products or services, to provide local government support for the realization of projects of enterprises and persons, to promote the formation and development of new enterprises in the Lubāna region.
