Vidzeme Innovation Conference, "Innovation for Development", Day 1

Innovations can be present in any company, farm, also public administration. To what extent Vidzeme can call itself innovative? Does Latvia have the potential and the right conditions to compete with the most innovative? And where does exactly the small entrepreneur find a place in this system?

There are opportunities in the hands of the public administration by which it could organize not only its own processes but also stimulate business development.
