During the event the scheduled activities of Vidzeme Innovation Program will be presented, both representatives of the university and entrepreneurs will share their experience. Students who have participated in a similar project will present their experience stories. It will be possible to ask questions during the online event.
Vidzeme Innovation Program will be the place and the environment for students of universities and schools to meet entrepreneurs, where young people can approach and receive support to their creative activities, brave ideas and innovative solutions.
The project goal is to develop and implement a sustainable support system which will strengthen the innovation literary and entrepreneurial ability of youth of Vidzeme within the study or education process, will encourage cooperation of Vidzeme University and students with the industry and entrepreneurs and will allow developing practically applicable solutions for the challenges presented by the society and entrepreneurs.
During the project is it envisaged to introduce a complex and diverse mechanism for promotion and strengthening of mutual cooperation between students, the industry and the local government by providing an opportunity to get involved in two different activities (the Innovation Laboratory and the Business Experiment Laboratory) providing for both working within a team and individual cooperation with an undertaking for development of practical solutions or examination of problem situations.
