The Estonia-Latvia programme has set an ambitious goal for the financing period of 2021-2027: jointly and smartly growing businesses. The new programme will open later this year, but we invite small and medium size companies, competence and research centres, business support organisations and other relevant bodies to already start coming up with new ideas for cross-border cooperation.
The joint secretariat will share examples of innovative jointly developed products and services and cross-border knowledge transfer that helped boost businesses in northern Latvia and southern Estonia. We look at the best types of partnership and preconditions for successful collaboration and introduce the funding options.
