Discussion: Awareness and Definition of Individual and Collective Values - the Core Principle of Networking. The example of the innovative tourism network “Vidzemēs".
We are at the stage of implementation of the active project of the tourism network “Vidzemēs”, and during this discussion we would like to jointly look for answers to important questions of the core principles of creating of a network, in particular, individual and collective values, the feeling of affiliation, competition, in a non-traditional way. This would allow securing active involvement of the network participants, promoting long-term cooperation and serve as the basis for a successful, competitive and attractive tourism network in the region of Vidzeme Highland.
The program of the event includes creative activities under the management of the couch Guntis Kalniņš and an inspiring story about the idea and vision of “Vidzemēs” by Māris Olte.
