#GovLabLatvia - The Value Workshop aims to inform the employees working in a public administration about values and basic ethical principles of the public administration, as well as to encourage discussion on the development of a value-based culture in the public administration.
The Workshop will have an informative part which will provide a brief insight on the values of public administration (actions and examples) and the practical part, where participants through value games or story visualization activity will find out the values and discuss their importance in everyday work.
The Value Workshop concept is unique because it not only discusses values at a theoretical level but also works as a practical tool for the realization of values and team building. It can be easily transformable and provides an option to choose to use just one or all of the workshop elements to the planned target audience.
